Guest Ratings & Reviews
This hotel has a wonderful old Rome feel with beautifully decorated rooms that are all different, featuring fabric-covered walls, plasma screen TVs, and air conditioning. The service is very welcoming and helpful, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The location is fantastic, situated near the Spagna metro station and within walking distance of many tourist attractions and restaurants. The dining experience offers a continental breakfast with a selection of tea, coffee, and juices served in-room at a chosen time.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated with vintage paintings and comfy red upholstery. The bathroom was spacious with a luxurious bathtub and double sink. The fast wifi was a real bonus. However, the view outside the room was not great with a tatty brick wall. The only downside was the lack of professionalism in handling certain incidents.
The hotel is situated on top of the city in a classy street with loads of restaurants around. While the rooms were too dark for three people initially, they eventually provided more light and a quiet atmosphere. The service was exceptional, and our efficient check-in led us to a beautiful historical room. The location was the main reason we picked this hotel, allowing us to walk to many notable sites.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though equipped with all the necessary amenities, had a musty smell that could have been improved with a thorough cleaning. The location was superb, centrally located near major attractions, but there were some issues with the dining experience without proper eating facilities.
I absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were like a hidden gem - peaceful, spacious, and so clean. I adored having my own courtyard entrance. The service was top-notch, with incredible attention to detail. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Rome's historic center. The dining was a bit limited, but the breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch.
